- Upper-Level Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with king-size beds and panoramic ocean views.

- Fourth Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a private sitting room offering partial ocean and jungle views. This bedroom is located off an internal courtyard.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning, with ceiling fans in three of the rooms.

We Had an incredible Stay
We had an incredible stay at Alexander’s place. The home was exactly what we were hoping for—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with an open-air layout that really lets you experience the surroundings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for all six of us. What truly made this place special was the setting. We saw a pair of scarlet macaws right near the pool, and capuchin monkeys regularly came through—it felt like staying in the middle of nature in the best possible way. My (grown) kids absolutely loved it. Alexander was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly helpful with recommendations for local tours, activities, and getting around. His insight made the trip smoother and more enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Luxury stay in great location
The house was stunning -the views are unmatched from nearly every room. The house had all the needed amenities. So much space! Direct contact with the sounds of the ocean and the wildlife. We were visited by the monkeys and Mccaws around the pool area but they were not a nuisance at all -their visits were a highlight. Woke up every morning to a brilliant sunrise overlooking the ocean. Alex and Anaise (housekeeping) were friendly and available for anything we needed. A short walk up the road you can find shops and restaurants. The beaches are short 15 min walk but roads are quite steep-we drove our rental car and found easy parking to various beaches -we loved the entire area … so much to do. The house was everything promised in the rental description.

My time at Casa Capuchin was way to short. My son his wife, two teenage grandchildren, my husband and sister stayed for ten nights. The views were spectacular!! The wildlife abundant. We had visits daily. We saw everthing from monkeys to macaws, sloths, toucans etc. While lounging by the pool. Alex was so helpful. My granddaughter lost her passport. Alex helped with making copies of documents and setting up a private shuttle to the embassy in San Jose. Alex was the best with anything we wanted to do he was quick to get things arranged for us. Any questions we had he was quick to respond. JoSonia the house keeper was there every day. She always made sure all the laundry was done and returned to the appropriate bedroom. The house was always clean. Always with a smile. We will miss her.
Great House and Location
This was our second time spending a week at Casa Capuchin and it was just as magical as the first time. The House is clean, spacious and well equipped. Alex is very responsive and booked all of our tours- which were amazing. Yessinia keeps the house in impeccable condition Our kids love her and she was amazed at how big they had gotten from our last visit. Highly recommend this property and we are already planning our next trip back!

Excellent stay. Alexander is always attentive to what is needed and very good cleaning service. Very good availability of towels. Most importantly, excellent ocean view and unbeatable tranquility.

Casa Capuchin is a Dream!
Casa Capuchin is a dream! Alexander was attentive and available for us at any hour. He helped us coordinate transportation and home-cooked meals. He ensured the fridge and bar were stocked, and even greeted us the night we arrived. The house and views were beautiful but really it was the hospitality we received from everyone around that made it extra special. We would 100% book again.
